At ATC Apostille, we take care to return your documents promptly and securely once processing is complete. Please review our shipping policy below.
Outbound Shipping After Apostille Completion
Once apostille certification is completed, documents will be shipped back to the customer using two-day domestic shipping.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping for Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled, any documents in our possession will be returned to the customer via standard U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail.
Expedited shipping is not available for canceled orders.
Responsibility for Delivery
ATC Apostille is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once documents have been handed over for delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their return mailing address.

Any changes to the return shipping address must be submitted in writing before documents are shipped.
