Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made with ATC Apostille are final. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, processing delays caused by third parties, or document ineligibility.

Because apostille and authentication services involve government filing processes and administrative handling, payments cannot be reversed or refunded once an order is placed, whether or not the documents are ultimately accepted by the issuing authority.
